About Nooshline

Nooshline Studio is the online shop of Nooshline, a Dutch sole proprietorship that makes and sells story-led handmade accessories to customers in the Netherlands and the EU countries available at checkout. Many pieces are one of a kind or made in small runs.

Using The Website

Customers must use the website lawfully and provide accurate account, contact, delivery, and payment information. Customers are responsible for keeping account login details secure and for notifying Nooshline if they suspect unauthorized account use.

Product Information

Nooshline aims to describe products, prices, sizing, color, materials, handmade variation, stock, delivery, and return eligibility clearly. Product photos and colors may vary by screen. Measurements and descriptions are provided to help customers decide, but small handmade differences may occur.

Studio Work And Independence

The Nooshline name, product names, product copy, photography, artwork, handmade designs, collection structure and studio presentation are reserved by Golnoosh Sabahifard unless another owner is clearly stated. Any third-party names, trademarks or platform names belong to their respective owners. Nooshline does not claim an official brand relationship unless that relationship is confirmed in writing.

Orders

An order is placed when the customer completes checkout. An order is accepted only after payment confirmation, stock verification, fraud checks, and operational review. Nooshline may cancel or refund an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, the product condition changes before dispatch, the price or product information contains a clear error, delivery is not possible, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive.

Prices, Taxes, And Discounts

Consumer prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where charged. Delivery charges and the final order total are shown before payment. Discounts and prior-price comparisons are presented without exaggerating the saving.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed through WooPayments and its payment partners. Payment providers may run authorisation, fraud or compliance checks. Nooshline never asks customers to send card numbers, card security codes, bank-login details or payment credentials through support messages.

Delivery

VAT-inclusive delivery costs €3.99 in the Netherlands and is free from €49.99; delivery to Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg costs €9.95 and is free from €99; delivery to the remaining supported EU countries costs €12.95 and is free from €129. Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated carrier transit after dispatch is 1–3 business days in the Netherlands, 3–7 business days to the nearby EU zone and 5–10 business days to the remaining supported EU countries. Customers must provide complete delivery information and be available for courier contact. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier issues, address errors, holidays, cross-border handling, weather, or events outside Nooshline control.

Right Of Withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day after the order is delivered. The customer can use the clearly labelled Cancel an order page, the model withdrawal form on that page, the contact form, or email. After notifying Nooshline, the customer normally has another 14 days to return the goods. Nooshline confirms receipt of an online cancellation without undue delay.

For a full-order withdrawal, Nooshline refunds the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days after the cancellation notice. Nooshline may wait until the goods are received or the customer provides evidence of return. The customer pays return postage for an ordinary change of mind because this is disclosed before purchase. The Dutch return address is the registered address published above unless Nooshline provides another Dutch return address in the return instructions.

Returns And Refunds

In addition to the statutory withdrawal right above, Nooshline accepts return requests within 15 calendar days after the order is delivered. Customers may inspect a piece as they reasonably would in a shop. They may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. Any lawful exception to withdrawal, such as a genuinely personalised item or an unsealed hygiene-sensitive product, applies only when it is clearly disclosed before purchase. The Shipping and Returns policy forms part of these terms.

Final Sale And Limited Pieces

Some products may be marked final sale or non-returnable where permitted by law and clearly disclosed before purchase. Because many items are limited, Nooshline cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges.

Customer Support And Evidence

For delivery, return, damage, wrong-item, product, or account issues, customers should submit a support request with the order number, relevant photos, packaging photos, and a clear explanation. Nooshline may ask for additional information to review the case fairly.

Statutory Guarantee And Complaints

Products must match their description and what a consumer may reasonably expect. Mandatory statutory conformity and consumer-guarantee rights remain fully available. Complaints can be sent through the published email address or contact form. Nooshline aims to acknowledge a complaint promptly and provide a substantive response within 14 days, or explain when more time is needed.

Nooshline Circle And Promotions

Loyalty points, coupons, rewards, launch offers, and promotions may have eligibility rules, expiry dates, minimum spends, product exclusions, and abuse controls. Nooshline may adjust or cancel rewards in cases of refunds, cancellations, suspected abuse, system errors, or service recovery.

Intellectual Property

Copyright and related rights in the Nooshline Studio website design, content, photography, product names, copy, graphics, artwork, newsletter copy and selection structure are reserved by Golnoosh Sabahifard unless otherwise stated. Customers may not copy, scrape, reproduce, train systems on, publish, sell, or commercially reuse Nooshline content without written permission.

Liability

Nooshline is responsible for operating the store with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nooshline is not responsible for indirect losses, unavailable stock, courier delays outside its control, customer-entered address errors, or website interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable Law And Disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms. Consumers retain any mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to a court that has jurisdiction under the applicable consumer rules.

Changes

Nooshline may update these terms, policies, prices, product information, promotions, delivery methods, and website features from time to time. The terms published at the time of purchase apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
