Shipping and Returns

Delivery Area

Nooshline currently sells to customers in the Netherlands. The first operational focus is NL/EU delivery, with EU-wide delivery added only where the checkout confirms that delivery is available.

Delivery fees, available shipping methods, and any free-delivery threshold are shown before checkout is completed. Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery details, including phone number, building, area, emirate, and any access instructions needed by the courier.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed for payment confirmation, stock accuracy, product condition, and delivery feasibility before dispatch. If a listed item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, damaged before dispatch, or cannot be delivered to the supplied address, Nooshline may cancel the order and issue the appropriate refund.

Delivery Timing

Delivery timing depends on product readiness, courier availability, address accuracy, public holidays, weather, customs or import handling, and customer availability. Delivery estimates are service targets, not guaranteed delivery times, unless explicitly confirmed in writing for a specific order.

Owner review needed: Add the approved delivery promise, for example same-day Netherlands, 1-2 business days Netherlands, or EU-wide timing.

Missed Delivery And Address Issues

If a courier cannot complete delivery because the address is incomplete, the customer is unreachable, or the customer is unavailable, Nooshline may arrange another attempt where possible. Extra delivery charges may apply when the failed attempt is caused by incorrect customer information or missed availability.

Return Requests

Customers should request a return through the contact form as soon as possible after receiving the order. The request should include the order number, item name, reason for return, and photos where condition, damage, wrong item, or packaging is relevant.

Owner review needed: Confirm the return window in days. Until approved, do not promise a fixed return period in campaigns or product copy.

Return Condition

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free from fragrance or marks, and returned with original tags, dust bags, boxes, brand packaging, and accessories where supplied. Shoes must be tried indoors only. Bags, belts, jewellery, scarves, sunglasses, hats, and other accessories must be returned with the packaging and protective materials supplied with the item.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

Some items may be excluded from return for hygiene, condition, personalization, final-sale, or legal reasons, where this is clearly stated before purchase and permitted by applicable law. This may include pierced jewellery, intimate or hygiene-sensitive items, altered items, damaged-after-delivery items, and items marked final sale.

Damaged, Faulty, Or Wrong Item

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, materially different from its description, or the wrong item is delivered, customers should contact Nooshline promptly with clear photos of the item, packaging, labels, and order details. Nooshline will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Inspection And Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method, unless that is not possible or another method is agreed. Shipping, delivery, payment, handling, or return pickup fees may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the reason for return and applicable law.

Owner review needed: Confirm whether original delivery fees and return pickup fees are refunded for change-of-mind returns, size changes, wrong item, and damaged item cases.

Exchanges

Because many Nooshline pieces are limited or single-quantity items, exchanges cannot be guaranteed. Where the requested replacement is unavailable, Nooshline may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

This policy is intended to explain Nooshline operations clearly. It does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under NL/EU law.
