Cancel an order or exercise your right of withdrawal

Consumers can withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Submit the short form below to notify Nooshline. You will receive confirmation by email without undue delay.

If the order has already been delivered, Nooshline will send the return instructions. The customer normally has 14 days after notifying Nooshline to return the goods. The customer pays return postage for an ordinary change of mind. Mandatory rights for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are not reduced.
